The Queen’s Desk

Rod Titian of Titian Studios has recently featured in an article in the Mail Online about the Queens desk, part of the Royal Collection at Buckingham Palace and Andrew Marr’s current BBC1 series, The Diamond Queen. Episode 1 of the series features the famous desk, a sumptuous escritoire made by Francois-Gaspart Teune, one of the leading furniture makers for the French aristocracy and dated from 1781 – 1788. Titian Studios regularly work for the Royal Household and Historic Royal Palaces.
