Titian's vast experience in restoring antiques gives them a much broader outlook on the authenticity of a piece of furniture or item whether it be a gilded frame, a lacquer or japanned cabinet or a mahogany serving table. We are always keeping abreast of the fluctuating values of furniture in the current market and can be called upon for insurance valuations, probate documenting or resale. Our charges for this service are £325 call out fee plus 2% of the value of the item (within the M25, calls beyond this distance will be quoted for separately)
This service includes a full condition report of each item, a digital photograph of the item and its current market value, based on average auction figures for similar items.
